YG1 HSS 90° Countersink Set — DIN 335 Form C

Five-piece countersink set covering the most common screw head diameters. Each tool is a three-flute 90° conical countersink ground from premium HSS, designed to eliminate the chatter and torn finish that single-flute or unequal-flute countersinks produce in steel.

Specifications

Three flutes ground to 90° included angle. Premium HSS body with cylindrical shank. Suitable for steel up to 38 HRC, cast iron, aluminium, brass, plastic. Recommended speeds: 200–400 RPM in steel, 600–1000 RPM in aluminium.

How to use

Drill the through-hole first to the screw clearance diameter. Switch to the countersink and feed lightly until the head sits flush — a depth-stop attachment helps maintain consistent depth across multiple holes.
