How to Use

• Zero on the Standard - Check zero against the setting standard before measuring
• Span the Feature with the Disks - Position the disk faces across the gear teeth or groove being measured
• Use the Ratchet Stop - Advance with the ratchet for consistent, repeatable measuring force
• Take the Reading Without Rotating - Read directly once contact is made; the non-rotating spindle avoids marking the part
