How to Use

• Set to a Ring Gauge - Zero the micrometer against the correct size setting ring before use
• Insert and Rock Gently - Insert into the bore and rock slightly to find the true diameter (minimum reading)
• Use the Ratchet Stop - Apply consistent force via the ratchet, not by hand pressure on the head
• Read at Minimum Point - Record the smallest stable reading as the bore diameter
