How to Use
Fit the correct Morse taper sleeve or socket for the shank size, mount the drill directly into the machine spindle or tailstock, and drive it out with a drift after use. Run at reduced spindle speed compared to small-diameter drilling, apply steady feed pressure, and use cutting fluid throughout to control heat and extend edge life. Peck-drill on deep holes to clear chips and avoid binding.
