Is there any cost to join the partner program?
No. The program is completely free. We supply the printed inserts, set up your unique partner code, and provide your dashboard at no cost.
How is commission tracked?
Every customer who uses your unique partner code at checkout — online or in-store — is automatically attributed to you. You can see referrals and commission accrue live on your partner dashboard.
When is commission paid?
Quarterly, by direct bank transfer in AED. We send a statement at the end of each quarter showing every order, the customer (anonymised), and the commission earned.
What is the Premier Partner tier?
Once your referred orders cross AED 100,000 in any 6-month period, you're automatically promoted to Premier Partner — your commission rate jumps from 5% to 8% and you get featured placement on co-marketing materials.
Do we need to actively sell SAN Tools?
No. The minimum is just slipping our printed insert into your machine handover packet. If your salespeople choose to mention it during the sale, that's their initiative — and it usually drives 2–3× more redemption.
Can we white-label or co-brand the materials?
Yes. We produce a co-branded starter-kit flyer matched to the machine model you sell most. Your logo, your brand voice, our tooling recommendations — printed at our cost.
