How to Use

• Center in Chuck/Collet Accurately - Mount the workpiece concentrically before spotting
• Use Moderate Speed - Run at a moderate spindle speed; centre drills are brittle and can snap under excess feed
• Spot Before Drilling - Always spot the location first to guide the main drill accurately
• Avoid Excessive Depth - Only drill to the depth of the countersink cone, not the full pilot length
• Apply Light Lubrication - A drop of cutting oil reduces heat build-up and extends tool life
