How to Use

• Drill Out the Damaged Thread — use the correct oversize drill for the insert size (per kit instructions)
• Tap the New Thread — use the supplied insert tap to cut the coarser thread that accepts the wire insert
• Wind in the Wire Insert — use the installation tool to thread the coil insert in to the correct depth
• Break Off the Installation Tang — snap off the drive tang once the insert is correctly seated
• Test Fit the Fastener — run the original bolt or screw through to confirm a smooth, full-strength thread
