How to Use

• Select the Correct Size — match the die to the NPT pipe size you need to thread
• Mount in a Diestock — seat the die in a compatible round diestock holder and secure the set screws
• Lubricate the Pipe — apply cutting oil to reduce heat and extend die life on steel pipe
• Cut Squarely and Steadily — start the die square to the pipe, turning forward with periodic reversals to break chips
• Check Taper Fit — test-fit a mating fitting periodically to confirm proper taper engagement
