How to Use

Match flute count to material and operation - use 2-flute endmills for aluminium and plastics where chip clearance is critical, and 4-flute for steels and finishing passes where a better surface finish is required. Select the ballnose variant for 3D profiles and fillets. Run at speeds and feeds appropriate to solid carbide tooling, with coolant or air blast to manage heat in continuous cuts.
