How to Use

Run at high spindle speed with a fast feed rate appropriate to a single-flute cutter, since the large flute gullet needs a correspondingly high chip load to work efficiently - running too slow risks chip re-welding and edge burning on acrylic. Use air blast or light coolant to keep the cut zone clear and the workpiece cool, especially on acrylic where heat build-up can cause melting.
