How to Use

Pre-drill the hole undersized (typically 0.1-0.3mm below finished diameter, depending on material) before reaming. Run reamers at lower spindle speed and steady feed relative to drilling, with cutting fluid to protect the finish and evacuate fine chips. Feed straight through without pecking to avoid chatter marks on the reamed surface.
