How to Use
Fit into a CNC router collet matched to the shank size. Run at moderate-to-high spindle speed with feed rates tuned to prevent heat build-up, which can cause acrylic to re-melt and clog the flutes. Air-blast chip removal is recommended over flood coolant for most plastics; reduce RPM on softer PVC/foam-backed sheet to avoid edge chipping.
