How to Use

Run at high feed rate relative to spindle RPM to minimize heat transfer into the foam, which reduces melting and edge distortion. Use vacuum hold-down or a sacrificial spoilboard for thin foam sheet to prevent lifting during the cut, and favor the largest practical diameter for full-depth cut-outs to reduce pass count.
