How to Use
Mount in a CNC router spindle collet matched to the bit's shank size. Run at high spindle RPM with a feed rate suited to diameter, using climb or conventional milling per your CAM toolpath settings. A light mist or flood coolant/lubricant helps control heat build-up and clear aluminum chips from the flutes; slow the feed rate on smaller diameters (under 6mm) to avoid flute overload and bit breakage.
