How to Use
Mount the drill in a three-jaw chuck, centre-punch the workpiece to locate the point, and drill at a speed suited to the diameter and material - slower for larger sizes and harder materials. Given the extended length, use reduced feed pressure and pilot the hole with a shorter drill first where high accuracy is needed. Apply cutting fluid and peck-drill on deep holes to evacuate chips and prevent overheating.
